Five members are appointed by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, five are representatives of the municipalities within the protected area, and five are representatives of the employees of the Kozjanski Park PI.<\/p><p>The powers of the Council of the Institute are defined in Articles 18 and 19 of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kozjanski-park.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/STATUT-JZ-KP.pdf\">Statutes of the Kozjanski Park Public Institution<\/a>.<\/p><p>The provisions governing the work of the Council of the Institute shall include\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kozjanski-park.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/POSLOVNIK-SVETA-JZ-KP.pdf\">Rules of Procedure for the work of the Council of the Kozjanski Park Public Institute<\/a> adopted by the Council of the Institute.<\/p><p>For the 2022\u20132026 term of office, the Council of Kozjanski Park PI is composed of the following members:<\/p><ul><li>Tomislav Lakti\u0107, Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning \u2013 Chairman of the Council of the Kozjanski Park Public Institute<\/li><li>Polonca Drofenik, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food<\/li><li>Jo\u017eefa U\u017emah, Ministry of Culture<\/li><li>Danica Cerar, Ministry of Education<\/li><li>Gabrijela Jeri\u010d Jev\u0161enak, Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport<\/li><li>Anja Kostajn\u0161ek, Municipality of Kozje<\/li><li>Darija \u0160traus Trunk, Municipality of Pod\u010detrtek<\/li><li>Helena Ro\u017eman, Municipality of Kr\u0161ko<\/li><li>Du\u0161an Blatnik, Municipality of Bre\u017eice<\/li><li>Du\u0161an Berkovi\u010d, Municipality of Bistrica ob Sotli<\/li><li>Barbara Plo\u0161tajner, Kozjanski Park Public Institute \u2013 Deputy Chairperson of the Council<\/li><li>Adrijan \u010cernel\u010d, Kozjanski park PI<\/li><li>Natalija Peni\u010d, Kozjanski park PI<\/li><li>Anton Preskar, Kozjanski park PI<\/li><li>Bo\u0161tjan Kunej, Kozjanski park PI<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b4edb6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9b4edb6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">INSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL COUNCIL <\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-671c548 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"671c548\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Institute&#8217;s Professional Council is a 5-member expert and consultative collegiate body. It is made up of at least one member of the Institute&#8217;s professional staff and external experts in the fields of nature conservation, cultural heritage protection, agriculture and forestry.<\/p><p>The competences of the Professional Council are defined in Article 26 of <strong>the Statutes of the Kozjanski Park Public Institute<em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>At its second regular meeting on 20\/01\/2023, the Council of Kozjanski Park Public Institute approved the appointment of the Kozjanski Park Professional Council, consisting of:<\/p><ul><li>Teo Hrvoje Or\u0161ani\u010d, MA, Director of the Institute of the Republic of Slovenia for Nature Conservation<\/li><li>Mitja Zupan\u010di\u010d, BEng zoo. techn., specialist advisor II for organic farming, Agricultural Institute Celje<\/li><li>Andreja Mihel\u010di\u010d Ko\u017eelj, engineer of landscape architecture, Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Slovenia, Celje Regional Office<\/li><li>Ana Vovk Kor\u017ee, associate prof., Faculty of Arts in Maribor<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"tmnf_excerpt\"><p>The council of the Kozjanski Park Public Institute is a body of the institute, composed of 15 members.
